The intent is to down select a preferred supplier that can provide equipment and support to the list of locations as provided in the RFP document. The RFP is being released in late October and will be open for three weeks after which an evaluation process will be undertaken and a preferred supplier selected before the end of December 2025. It is expected that any replacement of equipment and services will not begin until Late January 2026.
