These roofs have reached end of life. • Scope: remove two concrete tile and flat roofs and replace with long run tin. • Rationale: to replace aging infrastructure to increase the useable lifespan of the buildings and to ensure weathertightness. • Timeframes: to be completed during the months of June 2026 and August 2026. • Value for money: price will be a key metric for contract award.
