{"description":" The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct award to \nCommemorative Air Force (CAF), 5661 Mariner Drive, Dallas, Texas 75237- \n4728 (SAM UEI: RR3MM8ZLJSA8) for Flight Line Services. \nThe Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Flight Line Service Detachment (FLSD) \nprovides high quality smoke & engine oil services. The aerobatic smoke oil \nand engine oil are transported on base from/to Harlingen by the \ncontractor. These fluids are used during aerobatic displays to highlight \nplumes, maneuvers with white or colored smoke to enhance the displays. \nIt's safe for performances because it provides better visibility of the \naircrafts. The Flight Line carries a wide range of fluids to support large \nevents such our airshows and they bring in their own equipment to pump \nthe fluids into the aircrafts. The vendor is local, and pricing is cheaper to \nhaul the oils to Randoph from an instate vendor than an out of state \nvendor. \nThis notice is not a request for quotations/proposals or an invitation for \nbids and no solicitation is available. \nThe Government intends to procure from only one source under the \nauthority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), \nSoliciting from a single source. \nInterested organizations may submit clear and convincing evidence to \nsupport their ability to provide the needed performance services in writing \nto davion.blanks@us.af.mil and jermayne.gordon@us.af.mil.no later than \n10:00 am (CST), 3 April 2026. \nThe Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice.
