Gateway Signage Landscaping & Hardscaping

Description

The City of Pontiac, Michigan (the “City”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified landscape contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the hard and soft scaping of gateway signage at 20 locations around the City, in accordance with the attached engineering plan specifications (Gateway Signage Landscaping Concept, dated 2026.04.06, attached as Exhibit A).The program comprises 11 small sign beds and 9 large sign beds. Hardscaping with limestone is required only at locations where existing slope requires the bed to be leveled, and shall be itemized separately by location and by linear feet as described in Section 3.5. Proposers shall provide unit pricing per small bed, per large bed, and per linear foot of limestone, together with a price for each individual location, from which the City will derive the total program cost
