Following the October flooding in Dunedin last year, seven sites have been prioritised for this contract. The works, which have been fully designed, include: - Rock Buttress Construction - Gabion Basket Wall Construction - Geogrid Reinforced Slope Construction - Terrace Reinforced Slope The DCC seeks to partner with a Contractor experienced in retaining wall or slip repair construction including working at heights, rock buttress and gabion basket installation. It is important to us that we work with a Contractor who has a track record of completing work to programme. We expect the Contractor to show proactive communication and raise any technical issues with the DCC Point of Contact in a timely manner. The work must be completed by 30 April 2026.
