The designated contractor, EEA, shall provide to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst the manufacture and delivery of the Main Rotor Spindle Pry Bars (P/N SPB-60-RS, NSN 3040-01-722-4706). \n\n \nEAA Tools, LLC. is the OEM, sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the Main Rotor Spindle Pry Bar. The Main Rotor Spindle Pry Bar securely attaches to spindle damper mount and provides required leverage and stability to manipulate main rotor spindle assembly on aircraft for various maintenance requirements to include access to spindle mounts bolts and pitch control rod removal/re-installation. \n\n \nThe Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. \n\n THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
