With this Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”), the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (“CMHR”) is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to act as CMHR’s Building Operations and Maintenance solutions provider for best-practice and cost-effective operations, maintenance and repair related services for all the Museum’s mechanical, electrical, architectural, furniture, grounds, general building maintenance and operational needs.
