Event services - planning and production of events for Helse Fonna HF

Description

The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for the provision of event services connected to the planning, coordination and implementation of social events, conferences, professional days and similar events for the Contracting Authority. The contract includes, among other things, consultancy and project management, coordination of programmes and contributors, participant administration, practical adaptations, follow-up of sub-suppliers as well as implementation and post-work. Tenderers shall be able to handle both the planning phase, implementation phase and financial follow-up connected to the events.
