{"description":"NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to Acustaf Development Corp, located at 4300 Marketpointe Dr. STE 240, Edina MN 55435.\n \nMultiple VA Medical Centers within the VISN04 coverage area require a staff scheduling / labor management system to support staffing and scheduling requirements, track workload, provide personnel management tools, and interface with VA Human Resources Software (VISTA) while meeting all VA Security Requirements and maintaining a VA Business Associate Agreement for the security of Protected Health Information. A full description and required features of the labor management system is included in the attachment titled Essential LMS Features . The period of performance is planned to be one-year, with four one-year options. \n\nMarket Research and acquisition history has identified Acustaf Development Corp as the only source capable of providing LMS software, integration, and training which meets the listed essential features and VA security requirements. \n\nTHIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Vendors must indicate whether they are the direct supplier of these items.
