The period of performance is planned to be one-year, with four one-year options. \n\nMarket Research and acquisition history has identified Acustaf Development Corp as the only source capable of providing LMS software, integration, and training which meets the listed essential features and VA security requirements. \n\nTHIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Vendors must indicate whether they are the direct supplier of these items.
