Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) that includes, but is not limited to the provision of all labour, material and equipment required to complete the work for the Inspection, testing, certification and service of hydraulic, electric and manual cranes, hoists and lifting devices.This RISO will be from February 1, 2026 or issuance of Standing Offer to January 31st, 2028 inclusive.There is a Security requirement (Reliability) with this Solicitation. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
