C100651 Roof Anchor Re-Certification

Description

This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent Supplier to provide inspection, testing where required, maintenance advice, formal reporting, and re-certification services for permanent roof anchor points, lifelines, and related height safety systems installed on Napier City Council buildings. See Section 5 for further details. Napier City Council owns and operates buildings fitted with permanent roof anchor points and height safety systems. These systems are safety-critical and must remain compliant, appropriately certified, and safe for use by workers and contractors undertaking work at height. The outcome sought is a compliant, auditable and reliable re-certification programme that confirms the condition and certification status of Council’s permanent roof anchor points and related height safety systems, identifies defects or limitations, and provides clear reporting to support safe access and ongoing compliance management.
