The Contract Works required are to Girls and boys changing rooms, this project consists of removing existing wall and floor coverings along with toilets, basins and shower fixtures to be replaced with new like for like materials. A new heat pump along with new mechanical ventilation and lighting are also included in this project. Two new floor drain sumps in each to be replaced, all surfaces paintable will be completed to finish leave a new clean safe change room environment with good shower facilities. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
