Telephone Assistance to include: \n\t\t Phone/email support to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction(s) wherever practical. \n\t \n\t \n\t Vendor shall allow one (1) Materials Shop Technician to observe the unit during calibration and repair.\n\t \n\t\t Vendor shall provide tools and parts necessary to perform preventative maintenance and calibration. \n\t \n\t \n\t Vendor to provide for up to two (2) additional option years for calibration and maintenance services. \n \n\n \n\n SWRMC is seeking Contractors under NAICS 334516, PSC J066, with the capability to provide the above mentioned calibration and maintenance services.
