Description

The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking through this open procedure for a supplier for the provision of mobile communication services (SIM cards and related services). The procedure is split in two lots, the first covering the needs of the Leading Contracting authority (ECB) and the second covering the needs of the two Participating Contracting Authorities (EIOPA and AMLA). The envisaged number of Framework agreements to be awarded is one for each Institution.
