In relation to this tender developing a Master Plan means identifying current and future capacity and operational issues for a wastewater treatment plant, evaluating and identifying preferred options to address these issues, then costing and prioritising preferred options. We need a contractor with exceptional communication skills who will work collaboratively with NPDC through the process of developing a Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan (the Master Plan) scope and the subsequent delivery of the Master Plan. We are looking for a contractor with:  Extensive experience in delivering similar-scale or larger projects  Experience in working collaboratively with Councils.  Commitment to delivering high-quality work. The supplier should have the capability, experience, and skills needed to execute and safely deliver the scope of work required for this project. It is vital that the contractor has exceptional communication skills and the ability to plan and schedule work effectively.
