United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows: The firm/organization will contribute to the Government of Pakistan's National Education Emergency by supporting equitable access to quality education through the identification, enrolment, and sustained retention of OOSC in appropriate formal, non-formal, and alternative education pathways, with a particular focus on the ICT. Provide support to the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, FDE, NCHD, BECS and NEF in completing OOSC identification in ICT, validating existing data, strengthening community engagement, and developing Union Council-level education plans to advance the "No Child Left Behind" agenda.
