The basis for the sole-source determination is the rural location of the place of performance, where only one vendor, Copper Valley Telecom, possesses the existing infrastructure and capability to provide the required scope of services. No other provider has been identified that can meet the Government's minimum requirements without incurring substantial and unacceptable delays and duplication of cost to establish a new service infrastructure. \n\n Requirement Summary: \n\n The Government requires a contractor to provide a full suite of telecommunications and data services, including but not limited to: \n\n -Voice Services \n-Wireless Services \n-Internet Services \n-Television and Video Services \n-Business Support \n\n Contract Structure: \n\n The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance consisting of an (8) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, to be exercised at the Governments discretion. \n\n Submission: \n\n This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal or quotation.
