Building Consultancy Services for CASWS2026 Upgrades at Mercy College Beaumont

On behalf of the School Authority (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Building Services (Mechanical and Electrical)] services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of CASWS2025 upgrade of mechanical systems throughout the school in line with DoEY guidance, building fabric insulation upgrades, EVC charging facilities and bike racks as per terms of CASWS.
