Work includes general construction, alterations, necessary removal and replacement of air handling units, piping, fittings, and heads. Includes electrical work, controls integration, and ducting, Landscaping and floor repairs as necessary. Contractor shall Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, management, and all other necessary resources required for Project #550-24-102 Replace AHU B102 as required by the drawings and specifications.\nThe Period of Performance is Three Hundred Thirty (330) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 14 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance is provided. \nThe solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on www.SAM.gov. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. \nPursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
