{"description":"This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24226B0020, Project Number 620-23-102 Pave Lot G at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Montrose Campus, 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose, New York 10548.\nThis shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 237310 and has a size standard of $45 Million. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.\nScope of Work: \nThe scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following:\nThe contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the job to improve the parking lot G at FDR, Montrose. \n\nGeneral Construction:\n\nWork includes, but is not limited to all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform general construction, alternations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, necessary removal of existing structures and constructions and certain other items. Work includes demolition of the existing site and installation of a new parking lot on the Montrose VA Medical Center campus.\n \nElectrical Work: Electrical work on this project includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required electrical construction work on this project, including the installation of pole mounted lighting fixtures and all associated materials, etc. as required for complete and functional installation. \n\nThe contractor will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work to minimize construction duration and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of the Medical Center, other than utility ties-ins or work required in the COR s opinion to be performed during off duty hours. \n\nThe contractor shall completely prepare the site and perform work for the project as required by drawings and specifications.\n\nProject Completion: \n180 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).\nAll other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.sam.gov.
