RFx ID: 32703544 Organisation: Hurunui District Council Open date: Thursday, 9 October 2025 8:00 AM +13:00 Close date: Wednesday, 5 November 2025 2:00 PM +13:00 Categories: 83100000 - Utilities Region: Canterbury Overview: The Principal (Hurunui District Council) is looking for a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the construction of replacement pipelines in the townships of Culverden & Amberley This contract comprises two separable portions, defined as follows: Separable Portion 1: is for the installation of a new watermain in and around the Culverden township in North Canterbury the proposed pipeline will consist of approximately 920 metres of DN180 PN12.5, and approximately 882m of DN63 PN12.5, 539 metres of the DN63 PN12.5 is in a shared trench. Separable Portion 2: is for the installation of a new watermain in and around the Amberley township in North Canterbury the proposed pipeline compromises approximately,127meters of DN180 PN12.5 PE100 and 57meters of DN63 PN12.5 PE80 with approx. 7 meters of DN63 PN12.5 PE80 in a shared trench at one location and approximately 405m of DN180 PN12.5 PE100, and 459 metres of DN63 PE80 PN12.5 with 258 meters of the DN63 PN12.5 PE80 in a shared trench at the other.
