Day One General Attendance Remains Open: \nIndustry partners are still highly encouraged to attend Day One (January 13, 2026) . This session includes general presentations, requirement overviews, and Q&A sessions for all listed trades. \n\n 3. RSVP for Day One: \nIf you wish to attend the Day One presentations only, please submit the attached registration form no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST . Please ensure your form clearly indicates you are attending the "Day One General Session" only. \n\n \n\n UPDATE 1: Revised RSVP Deadline and Extension of Event Dates: \n\n Due to the overwhelming interest and a high volume of responses from industry partners, the FBOP is amending the registration deadline and extending the event schedule to accommodate additional participants. \n\n 1. Accelerated RSVP Deadline: \nThe deadline for all registration forms has been moved forward. RSVPs must now be submitted no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) . \n\n 2. Extension of Event Schedule: \nTo ensure all interested parties have the opportunity to engage with the BOP, an additional half-day has been added to the schedule for vendor presentations and one-on-one sessions.
