The exterior cladding is damaged from vandalism and contains asbestos. This project involves the removal and replacement of most exterior cladding and joinery, as well as the refurbishment of four classrooms to meet the school's current and future needs. The remaining exterior cladding will be painted to match the updated colour scheme. Any asbestos removal will require specialist removal experts and will need to take place during the school holiday periods. Contract Works Include: 1. Refurbishment and modifications to four classrooms 2. Replacement of most exterior cladding and joinery 3. Asbestos containing cladding removal by certified specialists 4.
