Must have multiple locations in the Topeka area, ie. At least two. \n\t\t Facilities must provide cardio (i.e., treadmill, elliptical, rowing, etc.) and weightlifting equipment (i.e., free weights, dumbbells, weight machines, strength machines, resistance machines, etc). \n\t\t Provide a quarterly report detailing gym membership usage. This report shall include, at a minimum, the total number of visits, the number of members who visited the gym, and the last usage date per member.
