The Small Business Administration (SBA) has established the business size standard as $29 in millions of dollars. \n\n \n\n (4) Description. \n\n (i) This is a pre-solicitation notice for an anticipated contract to provide comprehensive construction site security and surveillance services. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of a designated construction site, including the protection of all materials, equipment, and personnel. The scope of work will encompass, but is not limited to, the following services: \n\n \n\t Site Security Manager: The contractor shall provide a qualified Site Security Manager (SSM) to serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters. The SSM will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall security plan, managing security personnel, and coordinating with government representatives and construction management. \n\t Construction Surveillance Technicians: The contractor shall provide certified Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to monitor all construction activities. CSTs will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all security protocols, inspecting materials and equipment entering the site, and detecting any unauthorized modifications or tampering. \n \n\n (ii) Proposed contract will be fulfilled utilizing procedures from Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12 and Part 19. The anticipated award date will be late March or early April. \n\n (iii) This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the Government.
