{"description":" The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to repair one or more National Stock Numbers (NSNs) utilized on the RQ-4B Global Hawk System as specified in Attachment A. The contractor shall repair and return assets to the Government in serviceable condition while meeting the delivery schedule for all requirements. The Contractor shall comply with the quality levels for repair necessary to return assets in serviceable condition and deliver them on-time. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide timely response to surge backorders and Mission Capable Awaiting Parts (MICAP) delivery requests. Assets shall be delivered in the configuration in which they are received with the exception of Class II and Class I changes that have already been approved by the Government. Data delivery of quality products shall be on- time and accurate; to include data deliverables, as well as free flowing communication from the contractor pertaining to any repair problems, delivery schedule problems, engineering change proposals, and/or mishap notifications.
