Canada seeks to dispose of 2 Crown-owned residential properties in Brussels, Belgium (the “Properties”) that were previously used to house Canadian diplomatic personnel posted in Brussels. The work will be undertaken in Brussels, Belgium. The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses. The Contractor must utilize the locally accepted standards for brokerage and representation services.
