Introduction We kindly request you to submit your proposal for the assignment I C/2025/069 - Public Finance Expert UNDP Mongolia seeks a national consultant to provide technical assistance in ongoing BIOFIN activities such as the development of Environmental Budget and Expenditure Database and further enabling interoperability with tax and fiscal systems, piloting incentive mechanisms incentive mechanisms to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness for enhancing the implementation of the Law on Natural Resource Use Fees. The duration of initial contract will be 100 working days (over 7 months).
