The tool must support scenario modelling, planning, and historical analysis to help Communication Centers make timely, informed decisions about resource availability and coverage. We are seeking suppliers with proven experience delivering geospatial or modelling‑based decision‑support tools in emergency services or similarly complex environments, and strong capability in real‑time data integration and system interoperability. All solution data must be stored in New Zealand or Australia and meet NZ Government ICT and security standards.
