Energy and Telecommunications/Broadband Consulting Services

Description

This RFP is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional energy, telecommunications, and broadband consulting services to assist the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), in coordination with the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), in supporting the programs, policy development, market analyses, and regulatory activities of DEEP’s Bureau of Energy and Technology. Services shall include advisory, analytical, and policy-based consulting on an as-needed basis. These services are intended to support DEEP’s participation in regulatory proceedings and strategic initiatives. Engineering or architectural design, construction, legal services, and implementation activities are not included under any resultant Contract. All questions must be submitted in CTSource no later than Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Answers will be provided by Tuesday, August 4, 2026 COB.
