Invitation to bid for copywriting, design, printing and mailing services for UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships in the Hong Kong

UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Hong Kong is seeking to establish a Frame Agreement for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extending for another 12 month period, with qualified service providers, offering direct marketing services, including printing, handling, and postage services in addition to copywriting services, to support our fundraising and communication activities in Hong Kong. Vendors can submit a proposal as per following: 1. LOT A Printing, Mailing & Lettershop 2. LOT B Copywriting & Design Please note that it is NOT mandatory to submit proposals to all services. The evaluation will be carried out separately on technical and financial level. In case your company would like to bid for more than one service, we kindly request you to submit separate technical proposals for each lot. Please clearly indicate the services (LOT A & LOT B) you are bidding for. The financial offer form includes lots on separate tabs, if you are bidding for one of the two lots, please disregard the other tab. Please read Annex A - TOR for full details of the ITB.
