Health NZ Genomics Pilot Liquid Handler Procurement

Description

This is a procurement for a liquid tissue handler for a pilot study focused on the deployment of Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) system. The goals of this pilot are to improve diagnosis of genetic disease by establishing a NZ genomic data repository and establishing a better, quicker patient pathway, to enable faster achievement of cancer treatment targets through improved diagnostic turnaround and precision, and to establish NZ genomic data sovereignty governance structures and systems.
