Hosting, Corrective Maintenance and Sustainability Support for the ILO Wage Data Hub

Description

The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites qualified service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for the secure hosting, corrective maintenance and sustainability support of the ILO Global Wage Data Hub. The assignment includes an initial technical, hosting and security assessment; secure production hosting setup; access-control and cybersecurity configuration; corrective maintenance; incident response; data refresh support; monthly service reporting; documentation; and final handover arrangements. The service provider should have proven experience in secure and scalable hosting, VPS/server management, backup and access-control arrangements, deployment of web-based applications, and operational continuity of institutional platforms.
