Main Contractor for WHG Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) Reconfiguration

Description

Health NZ –Te Tai Tokerau is undertaking the Whangārei Hospital Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) Reconfiguration (the Project) that will procure a main contractor to refurbish the old laboratory on the second level of the hospital services building and create a dedicated space for the Integrated Operations Centre and other operational support services. The purpose of this call for Registrations of Interest (ROI) is to select a shortlist of Respondents who will be the only parties invited to submit a full proposal in response to a future Request for Proposal (the RFP). The conclusion of the RFP will identify a preferred supplier for the Project with whom Health NZ – Te Tai Tokerau / Northland may enter into a professional services contract.
