This support is critical for issues affecting structures, avionics, accessories, ground support, and commodity items for which the Government’s existing data package, even when including Government Purpose Rights (GPR), Form, Fit, and Function (FFF), or Operation, Maintenance, Installation, and Training (OMIT) data, is insufficient to perform the required Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) analysis. This contract addresses tasks that require access to the OEM's proprietary internal data systems, detailed design data, or specialized analytical tools not delivered to the Government. These commodity items are used on B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46, AGM-86 and other weapon systems.
