This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 in the NCR region, and for the following category: B.9 Courseware Developer - level 3 The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. Skyfly Solutions, iFathom Corp and EPI-USE NOW in Joint Venture 14. Spaghetti Logic Inc. 15. TEKSYSTEMS CANADA CORP./SOCIÉTÉ TEKSYSTEMS CANADA Description of the Requirement: The Contractor’s resource is responsible for a range of planning and coordination tasks necessary to initiate, manage and function as the Course Director for both the Military Signals Intelligence Indoctrination (MSI) and Military Signals Intelligence Managers (MSM) courses. The Contractor will assist with the development of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) SIGINT doctrine and policy. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
