IF GOVERNMENT IS REQUIRED TO PROCURE, THE LEAD TIME WOULD BE IN EXCESS OF 6 MONTHS. THIS WOULD NOT BE AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION TO THE CURRENT POP. \n\n PLEASE INVESTIGATE OTHER OPTIONS, OR IF A JAPANESE EQUIVILENT IS AVAILABLE. \n\n \n\n MSRA/ABR Holders, \n\n 5 JAN 2026 \n\n The purpose of reopen for this amendment 0002 is issued to inform potential bidders/offerors that the \nSolicitation is being reopened due to no bids were received.
