{"description":" Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing a cloud-based fleet management system to support the management, compliance, and reporting requirements of a fleet of approximately 600–700 vehicles and equipment assets. \n\n The desired solution shall be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides an integrated, centralized system for fleet operations, including asset management, maintenance and work order tracking, inspections, reporting, and system integration. \n\n The system must include, at a minimum, the following capabilities: \n\n \n\t Centralized asset lifecycle management for vehicles and equipment \n\t Work order management and preventive maintenance scheduling (time and mileage-based) \n\t Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) with digital signature capability \n\t Native mobile application enabling field users to perform inspections, manage work orders, and upload photos/documentation \n\t Real-time reporting and analytics, including maintenance costs, fuel usage, and asset utilization \n\t Integration with telematics (GPS-based systems) and fuel management systems \n\t Cloud-based architecture with role-based access and real-time data availability \n \n\n This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
