This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued. \n\n \n\n Solicitation number M0026326QR011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and DFARS Publication 20251110 \n\n \n\n The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for six (6) parking spaces to be used by Recruiting Substation RSS Ridgewood. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 812930 with a size standard of $47M. \n\n \n\n The base and option quantities each include six (6) parking spaces covering a base 12-month period and two 12-month option periods. \n\n \n\n Base Year: 5/15/2026 – 5/14/2027 \n\n Option Year 1: 5/15/2027 – 5/14/2028 \n\n Option Year 2: 5/15/2028 – 5/14/2029 \n\n \n\n The parking facilities must be always available and accessible: \n\n \n\n \n\t 365 days/year-24 hours/day \n\t Must be monitored by security cameras. \n\t Maybe indoor or outdoor but must always have adequate lighting. \n\t Must be within .5 miles (walking distance) or less of RSS Ridgewood, 91-31 Queens blvd. Elmhurst NY 11373. \n \n\n \n\n \n\n All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M00263QR011 attached to this synopsis. \n\n \n\n Any/all questions regarding this RFQ shall be received by this office no later than 5 May 2026 at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) \n\n \n\n Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their proposals in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), the government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors. If more than one quotation is received, quotations shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. Evaluations will commence with the lowest priced quotation. Evaluations will continue until at least two competing quotations are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance. The Government will conduct a comparative assessment of the two competing quotations that are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance. The award will be made to the offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair & reasonable price and to be the most advantageous to the Government.
