RFT Maeroa Intermediate Roofing Replacements

Description

Scope for the Contract Works consists of roofing and spouting replacement: Block A (A1.1 North) Remove existing roof and replace with similar profile roof sheets and associated flashings. Block A (A2 South/West) Remove existing roof and replace with similar profile roof sheets and associated flashings. Block A (A2 Upper roof) Remove and replace with similar profile spouting the North/West elevation side section only. Block D Remove existing spouting and replace with similar profile spouting with external brackets. Block H Remove existing spouting and replace with similar profile spouting with external brackets. Block K Remove existing spouting and replace with similar profile spouting with external brackets. The project consists of roof works to various buildings, the largest and most difficult to access being Block A, which will require extensive scaffolding to complete. The balance of scope is minimal in nature and more easily accessible.
