All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures to modernize three elevators and their associated machine rooms. \n\nThe Government needs the newly modernized elevators to operate smoothly and to be safe, reliable, comfortable to staff and patients, and consistent with a seamless homogeneous Automated Transport System that is conducive to wheelchair and semi-ambulatory patient's vertical mobility.\n\nNAICS Code: \n238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors; small business size standard is $22 million. \n\nThe Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available.\n\nResponses:\nResponses to this request will be considered for the purpose of determining how the requirements will be stated and how the procurement will be conducted.
