General work description:The City of Homestead is seeking to establish a Master Agreement for software licensing, maintenance, technical support, software updates, implementation services, and related professional services supporting the Homestead Electric Utility's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Energy Management System (EMS), and Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). These services are critical to the continued operation, monitoring, control, and management of the City's electric transmission and distribution system.The proposed agreement will provide a comprehensive contractual framework for ongoing software licensing, manufacturer-issued updates, technical support, engineering services, implementation assistance, and future enhancements necessary to maintain and support the City's existing operational technology environment. The City is seeking a qualified vendor capable of providing these services while ensuring compatibility, continuity, reliability, and ongoing support for the City's current SCADA/EMS/ADMS software platform.
