The contemplated project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, incidentals, inspection, quality control, and supplies necessary to accomplish all key performance areas. \n\n \nThe Government intends to issue a Sole Source solicitation. A stand-alone purchase order is anticipated to result.
