The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can develop, operate and maintain two of our network locations. WordPress installation is currently berthing on dedicated servers in Decode's operational environment at DigitalOcean in Frankfurt with Ubuntu, nginx / PHP, MySQL. The server is covered by Decode their operational duty scheme 24/7/365 which has 5 additions in rotation.
