The solicitation number is 47QMCA26R0030, a request for \nproposal. \n\n \nThe Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) in Guam \nfor auction and marshalling services in support of the General Services Administration’s \nFleet Program Office. This effort encompasses receipt, inspection, preparation, \nassignment/termination of new, exchange, or reassignment for Government owned or \nleased vehicles. The BPA will be effective for a 12-month base period with three 12- \nmonth option periods. \n\n \nBase Period: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 \nOption Period 1: June 1, 2027 – May 31, 2028 \nOption Period 2: June 1, 2028 – May 31, 2029 \nOption Period 3: June 1, 2029 – May 31, 2030 \n\n \nThis solicitation is full and open under NAICS 811111. The small business size standard \nis $9M. If sales services are offered, the NAICS code is 425120. The small business \nsize standard is 125 employees. \n\n \nThe Service Contract Act does apply and the following DOL Wage Determination \napplies to the established BPA; 2015-5693 REV 26. \n\n \nThe annual estimate for the number of vehicles to be marshalled is 1130. \n\n \nThe specific work requirements are detailed within the attached Statement of Work \n(SOW). \n\n \nPotential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments \nto the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the \nbeta.SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/ .
