Pesticide Disposal Events

Description

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State ofTexas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified Respondents for pesticide disposal services, as described in this Section I and in this solicitation. TDA’s objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.This includes hosting pesticide waste collection events in coordination with the Texas Department of Agriculture, where participants can drop off unwanted pesticides, free of charge, for proper disposal by the selected Respondent.
