The 2026 Small Business Size Standard is 1250 Employees. \n\n Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to FAR Part 13 in the Combined Synopsis - Solicitation - FA481926Q0002 attachment. \n\n \n\n The Contractor shall provide 40 Heavy Weight Fairlead Beam Assemblies. \n\n \n\n Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 1:00 P.M. CST, February 06, 2026. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov. \n\n Contractors shall submit all quotes by February 17, 2026 @ 01:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, Amn Cristopher Santana at cristopher.santana_castro@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Benjamin Spear at benjamin.spear.1@us.af.mil, and with the subject line "FA481926Q0002 - Quote". Further instructions can be found in the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 in the attached combo. \n\n The heavy weight fairlead beam assembly is an integral part of the Aircraft Arresting System (AAS).
