NP0015XPSLEV \n\n \n\n RFI 3: Confirm whether the unit is mobile or installed at a fixed refueling rack location. \n\n Installed at a fixed refueling rack location. \n\n \n\n RFI 4: Drive configuration. \n\n Coupled system. \n\n \n\n RFI 5: Coupler model/type. \n\n Unfortunately, the manual does not go into this level of detail. \n\n \n\n RFI 6: Additional pictures of equipment. \n\n Included in attachment 'W9124X26QA004 0001 Questions and Answers." \n\n End of Amendment 0001 \n\n -------------------------------------------------- \n\n Description of Requirements: \n\n (a) The United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division on behalf of the NVARNG AASF requires fuel farm replacement of the pump motor, rebuild of the pump, and repair to the meter to reliably pull fuel from the underground tanks into the refueling vehicles. Previous damage to the fuel farm’s Scully switch and bypass of the safeguards on it placed undue stress on the motor, pump and meter, which are beginning to fail. If the motor or pump seizes, the fuel farm will be unable to deliver fuel from the tanks into the HEMTT refueler vehicles. They also have the potential to overheat and set the fuel farm on fire. \n 1. Objectives: \n A. Replace the fuel farm Motor. \n B. Rebuild the pump. \n C. Repair the fuel meter. \n\n (b) There is no current contract for this requirement. \n\n (c) Dates with Line Item Numbers (LINs): \n\n (1) LIN 0001 Fuel Farm Motor Replacement (1-12 June 2026); \n\n (2) LIN 0002 Fuel Farm Pump Rebuild (1-12 June 2026); \n\n (3) LIN 0003 Fuel Farm Meter Repair (1-12 June 26) \n\n (d) The NVARNG is offering interested parties the opportunity for a site visit on 16 April 2026 at 11:00 A.M. PST in order to see the equipment that needs repairs. \nSite Address: \nHarry Reid Training Center \n20000 Army Aviation Drive \nReno, NV 89506 \nThe site visit POC is Contract Specialist Andrew Simbeck. \n\n Interested parties do not have to attend to submit a quotation in accordance with FAR 52.237-1. \nThe NVARNG will not offer other site visits. \n\n (e) Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
