The Contractor shall provide DIA VPN Dedicated Internet and Circuit Leasing Services at the U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The price shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. The Contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to provide the required circuit as specified in the Solicitation.
