Description

The Land Development Agency (LDA) invites tenders for the establishment of a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Commercial Property Letting, Sales and Tenancy Management Services across three (3) Lots. The Framework will support commercial and non-residential spaces within LDA developments, including retail, childcare, community, leisure and office accommodation. Lot 1 – Commercial Leasing Services Lot 2 – Commercial Unit Sales / Investment Sales Services Lot 3 – Commercial Tenancy Management Services Tenderers may apply for one or more Lots.
